Our project managers along with numerous other engineers have expertise in a variety of relevant disciplines and a wealth of specialized training. We have hands-on experience to build custom designed products for unique customer needs. At M/S Baba Technocrats and Manufacturers Pvt Ltd., each project is assigned to an engineer who functions as a project manager to personally oversee the project from conception to completion.

The project manager pilots from design drawings, creates the bill of materials, coordinates parts ordering and is involved throughout the production process till assembly and testing to ensure that all equipment is built to specifications and conforms to highest standards and meets customer expectations.
